Operator Maintenance
The Operator Maintenance app is minimizing the time spent on Maintenance tasks. The app aids the technical staff on status reporting and provides a task dashboard. When a maintenance workflow is started, the relevant technicians are alerted on their device by a PUSH notification. Technicians can report progress on workflows as well as setting a root cause for it.
The app requires a Operator server installation.
